FAQ

1. If you want to return/exchange the goods that are not artificially damaged, you must keep the goods and their accessories properly, send them back within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods, and contact us for return/exchange procedures.

2. If it exceeds the cooling-off period, we will not be able to process the return/exchange, please be aware!

3. If you want to return/exchange the goods that are artificially damaged, the buyer will be responsible for the freight.
